WHAT IS IT?

From the 15th centuries with the influence of Chinese & Muslim, Khao Soi is the familiar dish from northern of Thailand especially in Chiang Mai. The flat egg noodles are served in a curry broth together with your choice of chicken, pork or beef and topped with crispy fried noodles. Khao Soi is usually eats as lunch & easy to find at the local street food vendor.
